"There is a version of you that knows exactly what she needs. She's been waiting for permission."
A few days to stop performing.
To remember what stillness feels like.
EXHALE is a women-only retreat held in the quiet of the Israeli desert. Not a yoga retreat. Not a wellness workshop. Not a spa weekend. Something softer and more essential than any of those.
It's two and a half days in a beautiful desert setting where the only agenda is genuine rest. Beautiful meals. Open sky. The company of women who understand. And the rare, generous gift of time — unscheduled, unpressured, yours.
EXHALE was created because too many women wait for permission to rest. We are here to give it.
Every detail considered.
Nothing left to chance.
The Setting
Deep in the Negev desert, where the horizon is wide and the silence is total. Our glamping site is intimate, beautifully arranged, and designed to feel like an extension of the landscape — not a break from it.
The Accommodation
Furnished canvas tents with real beds, soft linens, lantern light, and views of the desert at night. Private enough to feel like your own. Open enough to feel held by something much larger.
The Food
Meals prepared with intention. Fresh, abundant, seasonal, beautiful. We eat together slowly — around a long table, under the sky. Food that nourishes without making a show of it.
The Programming
Morning movement in the desert air. Evening gatherings around a fire. Optional sound, breath, and creative sessions. Generous time to do absolutely nothing. A pace designed to actually work.
The Company
Women who have stepped away from the noise to remember themselves. There is something rare about a room of women who've all made the same courageous choice to rest.
Not a program. An atmosphere.
EXHALE is not a schedule of workshops. It is a carefully held space. There are invitations — to move, to gather, to reflect — but nothing is required of you except your presence. You are allowed to sleep. To sit. To walk alone at dawn. To simply be somewhere beautiful and let that be enough.
Every decision at EXHALE — the pacing, the food, the programming, the sleeping arrangement — has been made with awareness of what women actually need, and with genuine care for what it takes to truly let go.
I arrived exhausted and left feeling like myself again. Not a new version. The original one. The one who knows how to breathe.

I didn't expect to cry so much. Or laugh so much. The desert does something to you — it makes everything else feel very far away, in the best possible sense.

The food alone would have been worth the trip. But the silence, the women, the mornings — that's what I'll carry with me for a long time.
